Jess is an award-winning audio and video producer.

Jess started her audio career as an intern at Pineapple Street Studios in New York City, where, within a couple of years, she was lead producing award-winning podcasts such as, HBO’s Lovecraft Country Radio, Netflix’s Okay, Now Listen, and The 11th’s His Saturn Return.

Outside of her work with Pineapple Street, Jess produced and reported for the PRX series, Monumental, which received two Signal Awards in 2024.

Along with her commitment to being a joyful and queer Black girl, Jess works to foster and tell stories that expand the narrative of Black and queer communities, specifically stories by and for Black women.
